The interview process:

Before you go into serious negotiations, you will need to fully embrace our attitude, attend at least 1 Q&A, a Screen Printing Class in WA and hopefully one of our Parties.

You will have plenty of time to learn us, as our process will be a very active 4-8 weeks, depending on schedules and tons of information gathered on your own, as well as through the process. Your meetings with us will be an hour or two with every department that affects your areas of responsibilities.

Our responsibility in this process is to be transparent and open to the questions you will ask and provide you with clear expectations of the role. We will not sugar-coat the position or paint a picture of our company that is not realistic. We are proud of our culture, know that it works, and want people who understand who we are. 

The Job: (All Sexes welcome)

This position will take a lot of focus and decision making skills with how to get things done through people. A strong background in managing and mentoring experienced welders, CNC, assembly and electronics people, as this position oversees a complete manufacturing facility. Responsible for adhering to an annual budget,  watching for product improvement needs, doing the R&D to keep up with customer demands. This also opens doors with sales and customer equipment issues and partnering with sales to listen to the customer while having a mind for continuous improvement.

MUST Have Skills: 

·      10  years of hands on Manufacturing in Fabrication and assembly

·       Experience in Machine shop fabrication

·       Manage a 5mm budget and up to 50 people

·       CAD software, MS Office, PC and MAC

·      Manage the monthly and annual budgets for continuos improvement and R&D

o   Accountable for weekly reporting all lean output

o   Safety and all machine maintenance and improvement

·      Capital purchase recommendations (over 75K)

o   Machines LEAN

·      Research and Development

o   Product Improvements

·      Building lay out and expansion to support growth in the LEAN Methodology

o   Powder coating

o   Ventilation and work with electricians/plumbers

o   Tool crib/kitting development
