The Job: (all sexes welcome)

We are looking for a creative and talented content strategist, creator, and manager to create content for our website, produce premium downloadable content and blogs posts, and grow and promote our products, education, and mission through social media. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, copywriting background, and project management skills. You should have a solid understanding of outbound marketing, social media, digital media and other means of creating powerful content.


MUST Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Marketing related field

  • 2-5 years of experience leading creative teams in multi-channel content creation

  • 2+ years experience with digital lead generation programs including paid search, account-based marketing, paid social, retargeting, and display

  • Solid experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics

  • Solid expertise in major business software applications ie:(Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)


Areas of Responsibility:

Manage marketing, advertising, promotional programs and staff:

  • Support initiatives and tactics that support and extend the corporate strategy, both short- and long-term.

  • Ensure all marketing materials and content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, video, print and in-person.

  • Develop and execute against a functional tactical calendar.

  • Continually assess marketing tactics effectiveness. Collect and review data and make recommendations based on those results.

  • Develop standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for creation, distribution, maintenance, repurposing, engagement.

  • Leverage market data to develop marketing themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers, leading to engagement and positive conversion.

  • Establish workflow and SOP for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.

  • Develop, monitor, and train the sales team on process steps that provide visibility into pipeline development and marketing campaign effectiveness
