No prima donna’s here!! This role works WITH the manufacturing team and the entire fabrication team, so be prepared to work . This role interacts with the fab team and no one is too good to lend a hand, as long as the work gets done. Work smart, keep your work area clean and have pride in yourself and the work you put out. Everyone will be crossed trained to the different presses and accessories we make. This role assembles parts for shipping and treats each product like the customer- we “Serve” our customer! We have a small effective team and will look for someone who LOVES WORKING more than visiting. We have a lot to do and this is a min 40 hour week.
We will only hire those that bring a positive outlook and are easy to work with, good skills and a great attitude. That means a willingness to help others and get the job done with high efficiencies and quality output.

What MFG Assembler Does:
Core Objectives: Create assemblies and subassemblies that can be used to produce finished goods for screen print equipment. Taking materials from raw goods to final assembly and packaging. Quality control own work throughout the process. Have a good attendance and attitude record.
Areas of Responsibility:
Prepares work to be accomplished by works orders and BOMS; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Documents actions by completing signing completed work orders.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
