The Job: (all sexes welcome)

This would be a difficult position for a smoker as there is no smoking while in Ryonet gear, at client sites, interacting with classes or while driving a Ryonet rented vehicle.

This position is a semi-entry level position that needs to know screen printing terminology and products. Candidates have the chance attend our Fri/Sat classes (your time our dime) to learn the terminology and products. Working side by side with the Education Director who is a long term, experienced Screen Printer and Ryonet dedicated visionary.  This position is a public facing role, must show a passion for Ryonet and believe/live the values.  Education and training is what makes what we do repeatable, standard, and uniquely Ryonet.

There are skills inherent to the role; speaking in front of a group, a curiosity, patience, acceptance for swearing, tattoos, piercings, old, young, educated, non-educated, felons, wealthy, broke (not broken), ugly, cute, fat, thin, male, female; every walk of life. This simply requires a commitment to teaching people, ALL people (we do not judge) some of the nicest people you will meet. We teach the ‘Ryonet Magic’ to people across the USA who are passionate about being great at screen printing. BUT we also committed to our TEAM. This position is internal focused from our product training to our wellness program. It is not an HR job though. We are committed to our Teams's knowledge and growth instead.

What our Culture Process Administrator Does:

The position is an HR mind with flair. You have to have the know how of how to navigate the traditional HR landscape but be flexible and creative in your interaction with the Ryonet Way. It's all about the team whether it training, benefits, or community involvement. This position finds, vets and brings on the team member the Ryonet way. Then makes sure they have everything they need to grow and thrive. But not just the team, the organization as well. This position is a face for the brand within our community and industry. Being detailed and adaptable are necessary to work in this multi-faceted, every changing environment.

 

Areas of Responsibility:

TEAM FACILITATION

Team member facilitation

  • Employment BG and Drug screen checks are completed timely

  • Filing of personnel file documents

  • Monitor separation of employment process, ie: termination of network access, payroll termination

  • Communicate with payroll department regarding new hire, required documents forwarded for processing

  • Policies and procedures

  • Employee Handbook

  • Sets up files, supports general administrative needs for Culture Department

  • Assist with compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.

  • Assist with other duties as directed

New hire orientation

  • Facilitate Road

  • Manage presenters and TM presentations and activities during week

  • Evaluate feedback and make changes/additions to content when necessary

  • Must be knowledge about and ensure that new employee is oriented to:

    • Health insurance

    • Policies and procedures

    • Employee Handbook

    • Company Intranet

Benefit administration and reporting

  • Facilitate benefits orientation (medical, dental, STD, Life, 401(k), & Wellness)

  •  Direct new team member information to appropriate carriers

  •  Facilitate necessary changes due to terminations, additions, deletions

  •  Audit monthly invoices and request credit/debits where needed

  •  Track team member wellness program participation throughout year

CULTIVATION

  • Maintain poweringtheprint.com and/or outside listing so that all positions are visible and the culture is accurately reflected to any and all visitors.

  • Participate in recruitment activities.

    • Listing Jobs

    • Applicant information filing

    • Initial screen calls, surveys, etc

  • Partnering with hiring managers on forecasting needs, defining position requirements, coordinate offers to candidates.

  • Maintain a list of RyoFans for cultivation

    • Invite list to functions, video shoots, trade shows where applicable.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain Sprigg

  • Audit Sprigg for goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
