The Pay:

The Job: (All sexes welcome)

You will be lifting parts up to 50lbs.  The work load is very steady and will keep an operator on their toes.  You must have basic math skills and have experience with measuring angles and distances.  This role also must be very conscious of their surroundings and have safety on the brain at all times. This role generates and releases parts to production and treats production like the customer- we “Serve” our customer!  We have a small effective team and when it’s time, we only hire those that bring a positive outlook, commit to working with our Values and are easy to work with. Good skills and great attitude means a willingness to help others and get the job done with high efficiencies. 

Who doesn’t fit?? Those that simply want a job, complain about work, feel like no one likes them, and are sensitive to unfiltered language or rough humor and people who think they are irreplaceable and more valuable than others. This is a manufacturing facility with all types of different people. If you get your feelings hurt easily this may not be the place for you. We must ask for minimal skills, this is not an entry level position

 MIN 1.5 years focused???

·       12th Grade (or equivalent) math skills.

·       Ability to measure to a 32nd of an inch and know how to use a protractor.

·       Experienced with power tools.  (Saws, pneumatic tools, drill press, etc.)
