We use the Core Value Index (CVI) because knowing how we roll naturally means we are having more fun and getting more done. Our teams are building on strengths; Managers don’t nag us to work in our weaknesses (unless we want them to). How cool is that?

We will hire from the RyoNation, people we have gotten know and all humans are welcome. We simply want a common thread, and it starts with our values;  are they yours too?  If you already have these values and have the courage to speak up with respect, then you will feel the fit.

However, with that said, if you suck, are negative and moody, are too grumpy in the morning to say “hey”, just want to have friends and not get the work done, or you generally have highs and lows that make others not want to be around you, then this is not a good match. BUT it it’s only temporary for you, you CAN become part of the RyoNation, follow us and see what balance looks like. Then when you’re not so grumpy and unpredictable, maybe timing will be better. We LOVE our fan base!!

The interview process:

Before you go into serious negotiations, you will need to fully embrace our attitude, attend at least 1 Q&A, a Screen Printing Class in WA and hopefully one of our Parties.

You will have plenty of time to learn us, as our process will be a very active 4-8 weeks, depending on schedules and tons of information gathered on your own, as well as through the process. Your meetings with us will be an hour or two with every department that affects your areas of responsibilities.

Our responsibility in this process is to be transparent and open to the questions you will ask and provide you with clear expectations of the role. We will not sugar-coat the position or paint a picture of our company that is not realistic. We are proud of our culture, know that it works, and want people who understand who we are.

Our Digs:

We are currently building the most efficient and hardworking team in its class for providing Screen Printers with top quality product. We do not need a lot of people, as long as those we hire are good, solid warehouse pros who love to show up and put in a good day’s work. This is a pretty awesome place with 22000 square feet of more than 7000 skews in a warehouse consisting of product loaded shelves, an ink dept. and small production department who produce squeegees, scoop coaters and platens. We use Netsuite ERP, PaceJet for the best shipping prices and a brand new inventory management system that’s just getting implemented. And of course we have guns….no knot da ‘real guns’ silly- these are RF guns.  

“We serve the Screen Printer”!  Pick and pack orders to ship across the US and internationally, and to our many 3rd party warehouses across the USA.  We use tablets connected to our automated inventory system with real time adjustments so we can stay as close to on demand as possible. We strive to walk fast, service hundreds, did we say hundreds of orders a day? YES we did and with a busy day, music playing and many interruptions along the way, your day will fly by. As we grow our team, we continually look for leaders that will bring our core values front and center to provide top quality work each day. We also take names and have a list growing for our future Team Members (if you know your way around a warehouse, you need to get your name on the short list)

The warehouse is clean, and if we can get the team to put the used paper towels into the trash as they exit the bathroom, it would be clean too (at least they wash their hands ey? ) It’s pretty impressive when you see it and very busy most of the time. We ship small package orders all the way up to full pallet orders, shipping all day long from 7am to 7pm and work a bit of a split shift to cover it all in 8 hours shifts. We have a receiving unloading and they are putting away product all day so we can fulfill orders, and man those people are hustling around all day too.
